Our Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Ash & Aura purchase. We pour our hearts into every candle and package them with care. Please take a moment to read our policy below.
Damages & Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every order arrives perfectly. However, if your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at ashandaura.byali@gmail.com.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged item.
Returns & Scent Preference
We understand that scent is a very personal experience, and it can be difficult to know if you'll love a fragrance without smelling it first.
Because of this, we will gladly accept returns on candles that are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us at ashandaura.byali@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original product price (shipping costs are non-refundable) to your original payment method.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for candles that have been lit or used.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
