Thank you for shopping with Ash & Aura! We can't wait for you to receive your order.
Order Processing Time
All our products are hand-poured and ready to ship. Orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated live at checkout. You will be able to choose the carrier and shipping speed that best fits your needs (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail) before completing your purchase.
Please note that the delivery time estimates shown at checkout (e.g., 3-5 business days) are provided by the carrier and are in addition to our 1-3 business day processing time.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ash & Aura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking, Ash & Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring you have a secure location for delivery. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at ashandaura.byali@gmail.com.
